General Policies
We ship In-Stock merchandise within 3 to 7 days from date of order.
There is no standard shipping charges for orders over $150.00. 2nd Day and Express Shipment is available for a small additional charge.
We ship Special Order merchandise within 3 to 4 weeks from date of order. We notify shoppers when something is out of stock or needs to be Special Ordered, and ask if the shopper is willing to wait the time required for delivery.

Warranties
We stand behind our products completely. Exchanges or refunds are made within 30 days of purchase for returns received unused in the original packaging.
